My stay at the JW Marriott in L.A. Live was mostly enjoyable due to its fantastic location and friendly staff. I loved how close it was to the STAPLES Center and various dining options. However, I did encounter a few issues, like the room cleanliness upon check-in and an expensive room service experience, which dampened my overall impression.
I had high hopes for my stay at JW Marriott Los Angeles L.A. Live, especially given the brand's reputation. While the location was fantastic for catching an event at the Crypto Arena, the room itself felt quite standard and didn't live up to my expectations. I appreciated the attentive staff, yet there were definitely some rough edges, especially in the dining experience. Overall, it was a pleasant visit, though there’s room for improvement.
